Tasting:
These sugar lumps are immersed in a liqueur with a high grade of alcohol. They should be consumed as a digestive. Regardless of the high grade of alcohol, necessary to stop the sugar lumps from dissolving, they don't present any particular problem; not even for those who don't love alcohol. These sugar crystals draw great curiosity as they have never been seen before; this will assure a successful end to any dinner party and delight friends of all sorts above the age of consent. Always a much cherished gift as they present a wonderful end to any good meal, and prove to be a delicious and “warming” diversion.

How to taste:
Classic: Pick a sugar crystal up on your spoon, grab it between your fingers, and then munch into it to your hearts delight.
Flambè: Pick a sugar crystal up on your spoon, run the liquid off and set it on fire...let it burn for just a few seconds, then decisively blow it out! Grab it between your fingers, and then munch on it until it has gone. This way they will be more scrumptious and less alcoholic.

Warning: DON'T RUN OUT OF SUGAR CRYSTALS AND DON'T USE THE ALCOHOL FOR OTHER ENDS!
