Olives and anchovies (60%) in extra virgin olive oil, aromas, salt, ascorbic acid, citric acid.

The Production:
In order to produce this pâté only green olives in brine and salted anchovies of the highest quality are used. They are first minced then amalgamated with our best extra virgin olive oil obtained by a cold pressing process. The pâté produced is then jarred and pasteurized. Although the whole process is carried out on a homemade basis, our company respects and applies every health and hygiene measure required for this activity.

As this product has been pasteurized, it will remain in a good state of preservation for up to 3 years with a minimum of precaution: keep in a cool, dark place. It must not to be exposed to the rays of the sun. Once open the product must be kept under oil, so if need be, add extra virgin oil and store in a cool place.

How to savour the flavour:
Its aroma reveals an appetizing sensation of anchovies, to the palate it offers the typical decisive flavour of olive pâté but the presence of the anchovies gives it a unique flavour. Wonderful for preparing spaghetti cooked just right “al dente” or even for sauté. Special for “bruschette” to be served as starter, or rather in vole au vents, and sandwich triangles, for a little something special try spreading it on a thin omelette to be rolled and sliced.
