Capacity:
Luxury bottle 200 ml.

Packaging:
Cardboard box with 6 bottles, dimensions 18 x 12 x 30, weight: 4.2 kg.

Conservation:
Once the biological “Extra Virgin Olive Oil & Garlic” has been produced it is stored away from harmful light and air, in stainless steel tanks. The oil is then stirred every now and again, mixing slowly in order to obtain a perfect fusion.  

Bottling:
The biological “Extra Virgin Olive Oil & Garlic” is stirred once again, mixing even more slowly than before for about two hours in order to obtain a homogeneous product, it is then poured through a cotton filter and bottled in special dark glass. The bottles are taken from their original wrappers only at the moment of filling, they are then blown with alimentary nitrogen, filled and capped. Even although the whole process is carried out on a homemade basis, our company respects and applies every health and hygiene measure required for this activity.

Packaging:
Once filled and capped the bottles are labelled and packed manually.  

Conservation:
In order to maintain an optimal preservation, the product should be kept in a dry, cool place, away from the rays of the sun. Under these conditions the product will remain well preserved even after opening.

How to savour the flavour:
Excellent and appetizing, perfect is the rapport with a strong spice like garlic, which if ill balanced risks being far too pungent. Our oil can be used without limits on “bruschetti” (toasted homemade bread), or as the basis for cooking fish, thus reinforcing flavours to just the right dose, use it to dress black olives, to toss vegetables like chicory or broccoli in the frying pan or even to marinate fresh anchovies and to exalt the flavour of a nice plate of “puntarelli” (crispy chicory tips).
