Packaging:
Cardboard box and thermo-pack with 30 jars; dimensions 30 x 22 x 6 weight: 3.3 KG.

Ingredients:
Creamed Vegetables (60%) (Mix of: peppers, aubergines, mushrooms, artichokes and hot chilli peppers) in extra virgin olive oil, salt, vinegar, ascorbic acid and citric acid.

The Production:
In order to produce this cream of hot peppery vegetables only vegetables of the highest quality are selected for use, minced and amalgamated. The paste is mixed rigorously with only our best extra virgin olive oil obtained from a cold pressing process. The cream obtained is then jarred and pasteurized. Although the whole process is carried out on a homemade basis, our company respects and applies every health and hygiene measure required for this activity.

Conservation:
As this product has been pasteurized, it will remain in a good state of preservation for up to 3 years with a minimum of precaution: keep in a cool, dark place.

How to savour the flavour:
A wonderfully enjoyable fragrance of fresh vegetables reaches out to titivate our sense of smell, and to our palate the flavour is intense and extremely piquant. To be used as a condiment for a marvellous pasta dish, or even just a spoonful of this delicious cream can be used as the basis for other sauces. Definitely to be tried, spread on barbequed meat. Not to be underestimated for the creation of simple, little hors d’oeuvres just spread it on crackers, as it is, and you have scrumptious aperitifs in a jiffy.
