Ingredients:
Artichokes (60%) in extra virgin olive oil & citron-based condiment, salt, vinegar, ascorbic acid, citric acid..

The production:
In order to produce this cream only artichokes of the highest quality are used. They are first blanched in vinegar, and then minced and amalgamated with our best extra virgin olive oil obtained by a cold pressing process. The cream produced is then jarred and pasteurized. Although the whole process is carried out on a homemade basis, our company respects and applies every health and hygiene measure required for this activity.

Conservation:
As this product has been pasteurized, it will remain in a good state of preservation for up to 3 years with a minimum of precaution: keep in a cool, dark place.

Testing the taste:
its perfume reveals a sensation of fresh citron to your sense of smell. The variation of citron, rather than the more bitter lemon, renders the flavour of this cream even more delicate and exciting to the palate. To be used as a condiment for tagliolini pasta in 'Cream of Artichoke & Citron'. Some spaghetti cooked just right 'al dente', cous cous or pearl barley served cold will accompany this cream wonderfully. Highly recommended is a nice, hot, white pizza sprinkled with rosemary and then spread with 'Cream of Artichoke & Citron ' delicious!
